These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website (www.creteprint.com) (“website”) and the purchase of products from Concrete Patterning Supplies Ltd (“company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. 

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this agreement when accessing www.creteprint.com to familiarise yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

1.     Ordering Process

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected at the prices indicated and subject to these terms.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to; pricing errors, product availability or suspected fraudulent activity.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide when ordering, including but not limited to; name, contact details and delivery details, are correct. Data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found on the website.

2.     Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated) at the current rate.

Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order. The only exception to this is if you have a trade account and we have agreed to invoice you with payment terms agreed on a payment account. 

Payments made through the website are managed by our secure payment partners. We do not store your payment details at Concrete Patterning Supplies Ltd. 

We reserve the right to change prices for products on our website at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and dispatched.

3.     Delivery

All products on our website are free delivery unless otherwise specified. All products are also available to collect from our site (location WV2 4HP).

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the products in your order. If you require your order by a specific date please contact us prior to placing the order to confirm.

We can only currently deliver to Mainland UK postcodes.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to; adverse weather, strikes or courier delays.

4.     Returns and refunds

If you change your mind or do not require your order once it arrives you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving the product for a refund. In this circumstance the product must be unused, in its original condition and in the original, unopened container. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Please contact our customer service team at with your order details and we will organise your return with you, as the nature of some of our products requires specialised delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or it is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact our customer service team at and we will organise your return, replacement, or refund.

5.     Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business, or data, arising in any connection with your use of our website or products. You expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. 

Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our products is strictly prohibited.

All our products come with safety information and guidance on use. These should be adhered to. If these are not followed we cannot be responsible for any impact this has on health, injury or quality.

All content and materials available on www.creteprint.com, including but not limited to; text, graphics and images are the intellectual property of Concrete Patterning Supplies Ltd. All our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible to represent the colours and finishes you can expect. 

6.     Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
