Resin-Bound Surfacing

Rockbond is our resin bound system combining a two part polyurethane resin with dried natural aggregate to produce a beautiful natural looking surface requiring low maintenance. We supply an extensive range of dried aggregates and resins as well as mixers and hand tools.

Rockbond is a high-quality aggregate resin bound system, that is fast curing, non-hazardous and durable. It is resistant to various acids, petrol, and diesel. Our Rockbond UVR Resin Kit is a high-strength system that is SUDS compliant. Our UVR Resin Kit is resistant to colour change from exposure to UV. We supply a wide range of aggregate blends, and this system is ideal for driveways, patios, paths, swimming pool areas and any SUDS area.

Our Rockbond resin system comes in 50+ colours plus endless bespoke blends. Many of these blends are available in mixes ranging between 1-5mm, depending on the look you wish to achieve.

The Baron E120 Forced Action Mixer

The Baron E120 Forced Action Mixer is ideal for installing resin bound systems due to the robust and efficient nature of the machine which also has an excellent product life. It is easily transported and loaded with large rollers and is easy to clean and maintain. It has a robust frame construction with an effective mixer arm / shovel construction and is self-emptying. The lid cannot unintentionally close due to a positioning bolt and a reliable and precise safety switch on the lid. It has exchangeable mixer blades and a large 2.0 kW powerful maintenance-free motor. Available to purchase. We also supply replacement parts.
